Thanks for helping kids in need!

Thank you to all you gave a donation, volunteered and attended the 2008 Life is good® Pumpkin Festivals held in eight Newland communities in October 2008. The festivals offered a day of good old-fashioned fun with pumpkin carving, face painting, great food, amazing music and lots of games for kids and adults.

Thanks to the generosity of donors and festival attendees, over $200,000 was raised for the Life is good Kid’s Foundation who will split the funds evenly between two extraordinary charities – HomeAid and Project Joy.

Since 2006, Newland has worked together with Life is good holding Pumpkin Festivals in our communities raising about $1 million dollars for kids in need.
